TOP Trust has proposed to implement the FINISH Mondial plan of WASTE Netherlands in India for the purpose of sanitation and waste management among the rural poor to improve their health and address environmental issues.
TOP Trust is associated with the FINISH MONDIAL in India and is a strategic partnership between WASTE, Amref Flying Doctors and Aqua for All, currently being implemented in India, Bangladesh, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Ethiopia. FINISH Mondial (FM) is a multi-country program supported by DGIS, Government of the Netherlands, and is a 5-year programme which began in 2020 and will run up to 2025.
TOP also works with FINILOOP which stands for Financial Inclusion of Improved Livelihoods Out of Plastics and is a city- level plastic waste management model targeting plastic waste free cities. The FINILOOP programme aims to combat plastic waste pollution while improving the livelihoods of informal waste workers in an enhanced plastic waste value chain at the same time. The FINILOOP programme is funded by IKEA foundation and is being implemented together with WASTE, Netherlands in Udaipur, Jaipur and Amritsar city, India from 2022 until 2025.
