Mamta Sahu,  a 42 year old housewife from Raipur, district of Chattisgarh who had an existing toilet outside her house but wanted to construct a new one inside her house.

Initially, she faced immense criticism from her family members as it was considered a taboo. After long discussions with her family members about the benefits of having one’s own toilet inside the house, they finally agreed to construct one.

Without any delay she availed the loan and had renovated her toilet by adding a western commode to her toilet.
